As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file insurance claims relative to treatment. However, our professional services are rendered the patient, not the insurance company. There are times when insurance coverage is less than expected and therefore patients are still directly responsible for payment of services.

     If there are questions concerning plan coverage, we can help determining this but it's best to refer coverage questions to the insurance company.  You may request we send pre-estimates to determine coverage for treatment.
